This Donation & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which donations are accepted, processed, and, where applicable, refunded.
- Nature of Donations
- Donations to SSI are voluntary and charitable contributions.
- All donations are considered final and non-refundable, except as outlined below.
- Donations may be made online through our secure payment systems or via other approved channels specified on our website.
- Use of Donations
- Donations are applied to SSI’s mission areas, programs, and operations.
- Unless a donor specifies otherwise, SSI reserves the right to allocate contributions to areas of greatest need.
- Restricted donations (where a donor requests funds go to a specific project) will be honored when feasible. If that project is fully funded, SSI may reallocate the donation to a closely related initiative.
- Refunds
SSI will consider refund requests under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Donation: If you have accidentally donated more than once.
- Technical Error: If a system error caused an incorrect transaction.
- Unauthorized Transaction: If your payment details were used fraudulently.
