At SSI, we are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for everyone we work with. We have zero tolerance for any form of abuse, exploitation, harassment, or misconduct.
No Fees & No Favors
SSI does not charge any fees for its services. We never request or accept money, gifts, or favors in exchange for services, job opportunities, training, or information. If anyone claiming to represent SSI asks you for money or a favor, please report it immediately.
When to report
You can raise concerns or complaints if you experience, witness, or suspect:
- Abuse, exploitation, or harassment
- Child or vulnerable adult protection concerns
- Fraud, corruption, or misuse of resources
- Requests for money, gifts, or favors in exchange for services or opportunities
- Misconduct or violation of SSI policies
Our process
- All complaints are acknowledged within 7 working days.
- We review and, where needed, carry out a fair and confidential investigation.
- Your confidentiality and safety will be protected.
If the matter involves immediate risk, please contact nearest police station.
